The hotel room rates are valid from 09 – 13 September 2013 during The Endgame for Tobacco conference. The hotel room rates are applicable on per room per night basis. The booking should be guaranteed by 100% advance towards the room booked. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of individual rooms before 60 days prior to the check-in – No cancellation will be charged. In case of cancellation of individual rooms less than 59-40 days prior to the check-in – 01 night cancellation will be charged. In case of cancellation of individual rooms less than 39 days prior to check-in or an eventual NO Show, full cancellation will be charged for the duration of the stay. Rooms for pre or post dates will be confirmed individually. Room check-in / check-out time is 14:00 /12:00 hrs. The rates are inclusive of all currently applicable taxes.
